    The Salomon case study was presented at IFM to the Salomon marketing managers. In this case study we redefine Salomon’s positioning and create a more comprehensive line of fashion garments to steer it towards a futuristic, inclusive gorp-core image.

  • CASE STUDY: LANVIN

    Through our research we have identified several challenges Lanvin currently faces: unclear brand positioning, lack of memorable signature aesthetic as well as high cost of production. The case is aimed at providing solutions to the aforementioned challenges as well as increasing the brand’s salience within the East Asian market.

  • INNOVATION PROPOSAL: AR HOME MIRROR

    This project is an exercise in digital innovation and transformation. Using the power of AI and Deep Learning, we transform the mirror into a new kind of e-commerce platform. The user will be able to visualize the garments on their own bodies without having to physically take garments on and off. Our goal is to revolutionize the online shopping experience through the effective use of AI.
